Asphalt Hot Box HB-2

The contents of the asphalt hot box are heated by a diesel burner, and the set temperature is maintained automatically. The hot box has an external protective casing to preserve equipment integrity when transporting hot asphalt. The sufficient layer of thermal insulation material allows the working temperature to be maintained for extended periods without reheating. Loading hot asphalt is done through an upper hatch. The hot box also has a discharge hatch with a mechanical flap. A hydraulic cylinder for raising the body ensures quick and easy unloading of transported material. The hot box is equipped with a temperature controller and a signal beacon.
